When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt if it is placed on Sunday through Thursday by 3 pm EST. Orders placed on Friday and Saturday will be delayed by an extra 24 to 48 hours.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery takes between 2 and 7 days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order is handed over to the USPS.

What is your shipping fee?

We apply a standard shipping fee of $4.95. This is the total fee, regardless of whether you order 1 or 100 items.

Are spring bars included with my new strap?

Most of our watch straps come with quick-release spring bars pre-installed, while others provide them in your package. Some straps made for unique watch fittings do not include them. Please refer to each product listing for more information.

What size strap will fit my watch?

You must order the strap size that matches your watch’s lug width. This is measured in millimeters. If your watch is an uneven size (ex, 17mm), and we do not carry this size, we recommend sizing down to the next millimeter size (ex, 16mm). Please see our Guides page for detailed info on how to select the perfect size for your watch.

Do I need a special tool to change my strap?

If your old strap and new strap have quick-release spring bars, then no tools are required. Otherwise, you will need a spring bar removal tool to remove the spring bars from the watch lugs and install the new strap. If you'd like to purchase one, please click here.

Warranty

Our watch straps include a 1-year warranty for any defects in the manuafacturing process. We are happy to exchange a strap or component in this instance.

Returns

We only accept returns on items in new, unused condition. Once a strap is installed and then removed, it shows immediate signs of wear, and thus, the item cannot be resold. If your strap has a manufacturer's defect, contact us at returns@wrightfarrow.com for replacement instructions.
